Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of corporate legal documents, including NDA, MOU, and other legal agreements, ensuring alignment with company interests and compliance requirements.

• Ensure company compliance in day-to-day business operations.

• Conduct research on climate-related regulations and provide legal advisory or guidance for the team’s analysis, advocacy efforts, and overall strategy.

• Proactively engage with stakeholders, including governmental bodies, NGOs, and industry partners, to support the company’s involvement and advocacy in climate change initiatives.

• Assist in developing nature-based solution projects by preparing, reviewing, and analyzing project proposals, reports, and planning documents.

• Evaluate project licensing, regulatory, and registration requirements to ensure projects meet all legal standards and are set up for long-term success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in legal or compliance roles, ideally within corporate and environment sector.

• Strong research skills, with the ability to conduct in-depth analysis of complex regulatory environments and provide actionable legal insights.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal and regulatory concepts clearly and concisely.

• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse stakeholders.

• Able to excel in a high-demand, fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project support.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with climate-related legal compliance.

• Familiarity with Indonesian Carbon Economic Value regulatory frameworks.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, with attention to detail.
