Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing logistics role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with the ability to analyze large datasets.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and best practices.
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and procedures.
- Knowledge of transportation routes and logistics within the Jabodetabek region.
- Experienced in using ERP systems
- Willing to be placed in Cikarang, West Java
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including truck fleet management, staffing, and productivity.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency, layout, and workflow, implementing best practices.
- Ensure adherence to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Prepare and analyze regular reports on inventory levels, operational performance, and logistics costs.
- Supervise and mentor warehouse staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead and implement 5R initiatives and safety programs throughout the warehouse.
- Ensure all warehouse operations comply with ISO standards.
