Job Responsibilities



  • Responsible to analyze and identify all activities related to Projects Development of Power Generations by using various technologies to achieve number of new projects, and target set by management.

    • Conduct studies, analyze data, and information related to feasibility study, bidding and development phase, including contractors, advisors, and partners selection to obtain new projects that is required by Company's strategy through tender processes and acquisitions or other schemes.
    • Analyze alll processes related to Adaro Power's Group projects development, including coordinating and negotiating with all related parties, both internal and external.
    • Develop, improve, and establish positive relationships with external parties (networking), including business partners, government institutions / agencies in order to achieve the company's business strategy by coordinating with External Relations Division.
    • Identify and analyze Projects in terms of schedule, cost, budget, and document (i.e. tender, pre-contract) to minimize cost overruns and exposure on financial liabilities.
    • Identify and analyze materials and sources of information needed by divisions for negotiations with shareholders, partners and other external parties.
    • Coordinating with project finance, legal, and Finance Accounting & Tax teams with regards to contracts, and related to Lender's due dilligence processes and negotiations in order to achieve project's financial close, construction until COD.
    • Analyze and check progress report, meeting notes, non-commercial documents related to Projects Development issues at all level of Adaro Power's management team to present recommendations, request approval, discuss project objectves and resolve project problems.

    Job Requirements

      • Minimum Bachelor's Degree majoring in Engineering or Law
      • Minimum 2- 3 years experience in Business Development at the same level of Superintendent / Assistant Manager, preferably for power plant or renewable energy projects
      • Good understanding of the IPP Bidding Process, Commercial Contract, and Financial Model will be an advantage.
      • Multi-tasking ability and able to work independently as well as in team
      • Good communication, influencing, negotiation, and interpersonal skill
      • Good command in English both verbal and written
