HR Employee Engagement Intern
Job Description:
As an HR Intern focused on Employee Engagement, you will support our HR team in creating a positive work environment and fostering a culture of well-being. You will assist in initiatives to boost employee engagement, support mental wellness programs, and help plan events that bring our team closer together. This role is an opportunity to make a real impact on the employee experience, drive engagement, and learn about HR practices.
Responsibilities:
- Planning and executing employee engagement programs, including team-building events, wellness activities, and celebrations.
- Collect feedback through employee surveys, focus groups, and one-on-one interviews to understand the team’s needs and measure employee satisfaction.
- Help create social media updates to promote a positive and inclusive company culture.
- Support the HR team in organizing and implementing employee recognition programs.
- Track and analyze employee feedback and engagement data to provide insights on happiness trends.
- Coordinate wellness initiatives and mental health awareness programs
- Assist in creating reports on employee engagement and happiness metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support employee onboarding and orientation, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates majoring in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
- Proficiency in using HR software and tools is a plus.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain neat and accurate records.
- Willing to work onsite in Batu or Surabaya
