Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their event needs and expectations.
- Coordinate with clients to gather requirements and ensure alignment with event objectives.
- Develop detailed event proposals, budgets, and timelines to present to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, production, logistics) to ensure smooth event execution.
- Manage end-to-end event planning, from concept development to on-site management.
- Monitor project milestones and adjust plans to stay on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure all client deliverables are met and address any concerns promptly.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to measure success and gather feedback for improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an event management or account executive role, preferably in the MICE industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality client experiences.
- Proficiency in event planning tools, project management software, and CRM platforms.
- Problem-solving skills to quickly address challenges during event planning and execution.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as required for events.
