We are seeking an experienced Product Operation/Manager to focus on the commercial aspects of our voice chat app in the Indonesian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mobile app monetization strategies, user engagement, and the Indonesian digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute product strategies to drive user engagement and monetization in the Indonesian market
2. Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
3. Collaborate with the product management team to implement new features and optimize existing ones
4. Monitor and optimize KPIs related to spender acquisition, retention, and revenue
5. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions
6. Stay updated on local regulations and ensure compliance in all product features
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, or related field
2. 2+ years of experience in product management, preferably in mobile apps or social platforms
3. Strong understanding of the Indonesian digital market and cultural nuances
4. Experience with in-app purchases, virtual economies, and user engagement strategies
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia required
8. Proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred
Desired Skills:
Experience with voice chat or social audio platforms
Familiarity with data-driven decision making
Understanding of user psychology in social and gaming contexts
