Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including administrative tasks, to ensure smooth workflows.
- Assist in setting up and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) by coordinating content
- Assist Business Development in organizing and maintaining client and project databases using spreadsheets.
- Draft, format, and manage Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) files and other client agreements.
Qualifications:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.
- Good communication skills for teamwork and client interactions.
- Comfortable with data entry and basic data analysis.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
