Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Spa Trainer at Maya Resorts Group located in Bali, Indonesia. The Corporate Spa Trainer will be responsible for developing and conducting training programs for spa staff, ensuring quality service standards, implementing new techniques and treatments, and assessing training needs. Additionally, the Corporate Spa Trainer will collaborate with management to enhance guest experiences and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in developing training programs for spa staff and implementing new techniques and treatments
  • Knowledge of spa service standards and best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Certification in spa therapy or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
