Qualifications
- Market Strategy & Outreach: Develop and execute sales strategies targeted at the truck and bus fleet industry. Identify key decision-makers within prospective companies and build a targeted outreach plan.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with fleet managers, owners, and decision-makers to understand their pain points and maintenance goals.
- Consultative Sales Approach: Leverage a consultative approach to present the benefits of company's platform, particularly highlighting cost savings, downtime reduction, and maintenance efficiency.
- Demonstrate Product Value: Organize demos and presentations of Company’s solutions, including the Asset Maintenance Management Platform and Tyre Management,, focusing on how the solutions solve fleet maintenance challenges.
- Data-Driven Metrics & ROI Communication: Use data to illustrate the value of Company’s predictive maintenance features and tire management solutions, providing tangible benefits and ROI calculations.
- Sales Cycle Management: Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to close, with a focus on building long-term client relationships and recurring revenue.
- Feedback Collection & Product Improvement: Gather customer feedback to relay to the product development team, ensuring AssetFindr’s solutions continue to meet the evolving needs of truck fleets.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to drive sales decisions and demonstrate value to potential customers.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to think strategically about fleet management needs and position AssetFindr as a top solution provider.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and adapting sales strategies based on customer feedback and market changes.
