Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment process, which involves sourcing, screening, and selection of ideal individuals
- Screening resumes and job applications
- Conducting phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.
- Maintaining a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- General administration duties
Requirements:
- BA/BSc degree in Human Resources Management/ Psychology, Business Administrative, or a related field, freshgradutes are welcome to apply
- Good analytical skills, interpersonal skill, and communication skill (written & verbal)
- Familiar with Google suites application, Ms Office software and recruitment platform.
- Available to Intern for 3 months.
