Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director in all areas of the business and personal matters
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements if needed
  • Handle Administrative Support
  • Handle Project Assistance
  • Assisting several clients for opening hospitality venue and restaurant consulting

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Personal Assistant/Secretary
  • A naturally positive outlook and attitude
  • Very strong general administrative skills
  • Ability to negotiate
  • Intermediate Proficiency on Excel
  • Knowledge of basic accounting
  • The highest levels of follow up and attention to detail are a must
  • Excellent English both spoken and written
