PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our client, who is looking for an Deputy General Manager HR (Jakarta)
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic HR plans that align with the company’s long-term goals, ensuring the organizational structure supports the achievement of divisional and overall company objectives.
• Prepare the annual budget for all HC&GA Division activities, including the planning and allocation of funds for each function, project, and initiative related to HC&GA Division activities.
• Manage human resources by assessing workforce needs and effectively distributing personnel to meet divisional goals. Additionally, develop team competencies to ensure the division meets its performance targets.
• Lead, coordinate, and oversee the performance evaluation process for all personnel within the division, providing guidance to team members directly or indirectly to support organizational development needs.
• Oversee the maintenance and security of physical facilities, ensuring they are well-maintained, secure, and conducive to the company’s operational needs.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Psychology, or a related field; CHRP certification is a plus.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role; experience in the maritime or oil & gas industry is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively across various management levels and divisions.
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment that requires adaptability and flexibility.
