Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager at PT Solusi Prakarsa Pratama. The Sales Manager will play a key leadership role, overseeing the sales team, creating and implementing innovative sales strategies, and driving business growth in the futures advisory industry. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for fostering a results-driven culture within the sales team and aligning the team’s efforts with the company’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
  • Design and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the futures advisory market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and personalized investment guidance.
  • Analyze market trends, client needs, and competitive activities to refine sales strategies and respond to changing market conditions.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and finance, to align sales activities with overall business goals.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management to inform strategic planning.
  • Ensure all sales activities adhere to industry regulations and maintain the company’s reputation for ethical and transparent business practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, preferably in the financial or futures advisory industry.
  • Strong business development skills with a deep understanding of futures investment products, financial markets, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and nurture client trust and loyalty.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including the capacity to inspire and motivate a team to perform at their best.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a client-centered approach.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on identifying opportunities and optimizing sales processes.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Certification as a Wakil Penasihat Berjangka (WPA) or Wakil Pialang Berjangka (WPB) from BAPPEBTI is highly preferred.
