Role Purpose
- Maintain Governance within in B2C prepaid product of Indosat for both Brand (IM3 and Tri) by aligning with Circle territorial organization (especially Circle product team), Analytics and Strategic Planning.
- Performance overview on IM3 and 3ID in Revenue, GA, and Yield to manage 2-brand portfolio of Indosat.
- Co-lead with AVP Product Marketing IM3 and 3ID to design and deploy strategic prepaid product
- Territorial Alignment: Manage constant conversation with territorial head (Product, Sales, Marketing) to align on the strategy, deployment, GTM, and yield.
- Performance Reporting & Evaluation: Provide territorial wise performance which includes analysis of each product in circle and evaluation.
- Project Management: Manage on going multiple projects running on technical team to meet deliverable time.
- Service Design: Design service for prepaid base product end-to-end including customer journey and experience to be delivered by technical team.
- Service Audit: Perform time-to-time random audit of product and campaign adhoc accuracy.
- Min bachelor’s degree from Top tier university
- Able to work under pressure and have passion in telco business
- Max 5 years' experience in Telecommunication Industry
- Ability to understand corporate strategic view and aligning with customer needs, competition, and technology trend to deliver product marketing strategy
- Consumer driven mindset with strong ability to understand user insight and translate them into actionable strategy and plan
- Good sense of market understanding; a “do-whatever it-takes” mindset to understand market and customers
- Strong project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple Projects with a sharp focus on detail without losing sight of the big picture

- Data insight and performance evaluation
- Strong presentation and communication skills both written and verbal in English
