Responsibilities
- Assist in developing project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers to create detailed work breakdown structures (WBS) and project schedules.
- Work closely with cross-functional project teams, helping to facilitate communication, task assignments, and progress tracking.
- Participate in project team meetings, documenting meeting minutes, action items, and decisions.
- Maintain project documentation, including project charters, project plans, and risk registers.
- Assist in the preparation of project status reports, tracking project progress, and milestones.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and align with project objectives.
- Assist in conducting quality assurance checks and reviews.
- Assist in the preparation of communication materials for project stakeholders, including status updates, presentations, and notifications.
- Contribute to the identification of process improvements and best practices in project management.
- Suggest ideas for optimizing project management tools and methodologies.
- Engage in training and mentorship opportunities provided by experienced project managers.
- Other related tasks and assignments as required.
Qualifications
- 7th or 8th semester of undergraduate student / A bachelor’s degree majoring in Business / Project Management / Economy / Finance or a related field.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.00 or above.
- Passionate in the world of Technology and Finance.
- Strong interest in project management and a desire to learn and develop project management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing project challenges.
- Adaptability and a willingness to take on new responsibilities and learn from experiences.
- Full of enthusiasm, great curiosity, and not easily bored.
- Possess good English speaking and writing skills.
- Willing to undergo an internship/internship process for a minimum of 6 months.
