Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in in Technical Field (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering)
- More than 3 year’s experiences handled IFM Building
- Proficient in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Familiar with a new technology
- Has experiences in managing financial performance
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to negotiate and analyzed critically
- Have ability to build strong cooperation with both internally and externally parties
- Service oriented, positive attitude, and adaptive to changes
- Has experience in hard services and soft services
Responsibilities:
- Ability to ensure buildings and facilities operate properly and carry out maintenance programs properly so that residents/users feel comfortable.
- Ensure that all area personnel understand and run the SOP/House Rule.
- Follow the rules or the golden rule for occupational HSE
- Regular coordination and communication with the all team and Client.
- Track and report any backlog or unsolved problems to the appropriate level with the customer
- Responding appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise
- Investigate all accidents, complete reports and liaise with all necessary parties
- Ensure reports on each client request are sent on time
- Ensure that handling complaints received can be handled according to its deadlines and is well
- Ensure that all work performed is always well-documented and auditable
