Responsibilities :

  • To achieve bancassurance target by conducting and delivering a comprehensive training program, training module/tools and provide e-learning to BO Career Path, ASM and RSM
  • Develop Curriculum/training road map for sales force manage bank partner training program
  • Create New Modules & Manage the existing modules
  • Conduct TTT Program to Trainers
  • Design, and execute the impressive internal e-Academy Blast
  • Create & manage the SOP Training

Key Requirements :

  • Bachelor/Master degree, with any major
  • Having 3-5 years experience
  • Training related certification, training module certification, financial planning certification
  • Background in the financial services/insurance industry is preferred.
