The Business Development & Acquisition Sr Specialist is a position responsible for the development of business plans, strategies and tactics in coordination with the Partners & Product Management team, especially for OCTO Loan Paylater & Merchant-based Loan product. The overall objective of this role is develop new business model in term of Personal Financing Business & to develop new markets, increase share of market and obtain competitive position.

Strategy & Planning

  • Drive end to end product roadmap - from planning, execution to impact assessment especially on OCTO Loan Paylater & Merchant-based Loan product
  • Responsible for managing the day-to-day education loan/pay later operation which consists of developing partnership with @work/ merchant, maintaining product management, operational, and performance monitoring
  • Create, maintain and enhance product development and its lifetime development
  • Work cross-functionally with other Business e.g. Branch, risk policy, risk portfolio, credit underwriting, and marketing to design and execute growth initiatives
  • Provide insight and recommendations on innovative product development, product targeting, and segmentation strategies as well as oversee aspects of product development life cycle management including market demands, technology trends, and the competitive field
  • Assist the customer lifecycle strategy from acquisition through early client engagement and implement strategies to optimize portfolio performance
  • Execute on core marketing disciplines such as product development, price, promotions, platform and pillars, launching, and marketing to improve customer experience

Job Requirements:

  • S1 (Any Bachelor's Degree)
  • Having experience Business Development, Personal Financing, Personal Loan, Customer Experience & Retail Merchant Loan
  • Hybrid working
