We are looking for dedicated and detail-oriented Content Moderation Advisors to join our team in Surakarta (Solo). As an Advisor in Content Moderation, you will play a key role in ensuring that the content on our platform aligns with our client’s policies and guidelines. Your responsibilities will involve reviewing flagged content, identifying and addressing policy violations, and maintaining high-quality standards in content moderation. This is a dynamic role with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Review user-reported content, including text, images, and videos, to ensure compliance with platform guidelines.
- Analyze flagged content and identify patterns or trends that violate the platform's policies.
- Flag content for further action in a timely and accurate manner.
- Collaborate with the team to understand and stay updated on client policies.
- Respond to emerging issues and escalations, ensuring they are handled promptly and efficiently.
- Review sensitive content that may involve disturbing or graphic material in compliance with guidelines.
- Utilize market-specific knowledge to improve community support and content quality.
Qualifications
- B1 English (good reading and writing capability).
- Diploma or higher education graduates.
- 1-2 years of experience in Content Moderation or Customer Service, preferably in e-commerce or BPO industries (Fresh Graduates also welcome)
- Experience with online platform moderation or customer service support is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify patterns.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Comfort with reviewing sensitive or graphic content.
- Familiarity with content moderation tools and platforms is a plus.
