Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needsVisit customers independently to support their current business needs.

  • Take the lead in discussions with client and AFF/OFF members with regards to service recovery, first level of escalations, etc.
  • Perform other job duties as requested by the Immediate Superior
  • Need to physically front clients and support existing key accounts on the maintenance and business development.
  • Need to take the lead on the escalations and business implementations of the allocated existing clients and organize the needed meetings internally with corresponding business units.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelors (S1) degree
  • Having 3 years experience of working in a forwarding industry as a salesperson
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing, eager to learn new things
  • Good at both spoken and written English
  • IT savvy proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Work location: Medan, Nort Sumatera
