Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquisition of new key accounts/clients(wholesale online-OTAs,travel agent,tour operator,DMCs) within the assigned regional;
  • In charge of existing clients to get more margin;
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities;
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet the company's objectives.
  • Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
  • Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience;
  • Minimal 3 years of experience in sales, e-commerce and/or revenue management, highly preferred within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2B channels);
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence external/internal stakeholders
  • Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
  • Success in acquiring, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
  • Mandarin written and spoken skill will be advantage;
