Job Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of new key accounts/clients(wholesale online-OTAs,travel agent,tour operator,DMCs) within the assigned regional;
- In charge of existing clients to get more margin;
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, foster account growth, and identify new business opportunities;
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.
- Identify up selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet the company's objectives.
- Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to proactively identify potential threats and opportunities.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent experience;
- Minimal 3 years of experience in sales, e-commerce and/or revenue management, highly preferred within hotel, travel, or hospitality industry (especially OTA or B2B channels);
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence external/internal stakeholders
- Commercially good knowledge of business for B2B, as well as new business segments and models.
- Success in acquiring, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken;
- Mandarin written and spoken skill will be advantage;
