Our portfolio company is looking for an experienced and driven B2B Sales Manager to expand their medical check-up and pre-employment screening services for corporate clients across Indonesia. This role will target HR, Finance, and key decision-makers in companies to promote their offerings and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive B2B sales for medical check-ups and pre-employment screenings across corporate sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and secure key corporate clients, establishing relationships with HR, Finance, and decision-making stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate and qualify leads, close deals, and expand client accounts through proactive relationship management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and operations to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in B2B sales, ideally in medical services, diagnostics, HRIS companies, executive search firms, or B2B services targeting corporate clients.
  • Established network within corporate HR and Finance sectors; existing connections with decision-makers are highly valued.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and closing B2B deals in relevant industries.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong hunger for sales and client development.
  • Self-starter with high initiative, able to work independently and within a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly driven, with a passion for growing corporate client base and delivering exceptional service.
