About This Role
We’re looking for a Full Time Trainer to join our MyEduSolve team.
Role Overview
As a Full Time Trainer reporting to the Head of Curriculum Development Department, you will deliver engaging and high-quality training across various MyEduSolve programs. Your role will involve creating and refining training materials, conducting sessions tailored to diverse audiences, and supporting participants in mastering Microsoft Office and Abobe skills. You will collaborate with other departments to align training strategies with program goals and stay informed about the latest trends in Education Technology to continuously enhance the training experience.
Qualifications
1. Proven experience in developing and delivering training materials, with a focus on MOS and Adobe programs.
2. Certification in MOS and/or Adobe programs is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not already certified.
3. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple program sessions and materials effectively.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for engaging diverse participant groups.
5. Passionate about learning and teaching, with a keen interest in digital literacy, digital tools, and technology.
6. Proficiency in facilitating interactive and practical learning environments, ensuring participants master program skills.
7. Flexibility and commitment to conduct training sessions based on program schedules and client requirements.
8. Willingness to continuously learn and master new program topics, staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in MOS and Adobe.
9. Ability to travel, potentially to rural or remote areas, with consideration for any relevant medical history and allergies to ensure safety and comfort during travel.
Responsibilities
1. Training Excellence: Deliver high-quality training sessions to ensure participants develop proficiency in MOS and Adobe programs, upholding industry standards and best practices.
2. Learning Pathway Development: Design and refine structured learning objectives, select effective training methods, and evaluate training outcomes to optimize learning impact and participant engagement.
3. Resource Mastery: Prepare and enhance training materials—including modules, slides, and assessments—that support a comprehensive learning experience, ensuring materials are continually improved to meet learner needs.
4. Learning Ecosystem Engagement: Familiarize yourself with and leverage MyEduSolve’s learning ecosystem to provide an optimal learning experience for participants.
5. Participant Support & Engagement: Facilitate interactive learning sessions, such as learning circles, office hours, and co-learning activities, to reinforce knowledge and encourage collaborative learning.
6. Mentor Training: Conduct orientation and development sessions for new mentors, ensuring alignment with program standards and effective knowledge transfer to enhance the training network.
7. Mentor Community Management: Actively manage and engage the community of mentors, providing ongoing support, resources, and collaboration opportunities to enhance their effectiveness and foster a strong mentoring culture.
8. Collaboration & Innovation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program development and curriculum design, to refine training strategies and contribute valuable insights for program improvements.
9. Industry Insight: Stay updated on the latest trends in Education Technology and advancements in MOS and Adobe, integrating relevant insights into training practices to continually elevate program quality.
Range Salary
IDR 6.000.000 - 7.000.000/month (Gross)
