  • Creates strategies for the handled account to sustain growth year-on-year
  • Ability to take leadership in different ad-hoc projects
  • Ability to sell investment packages to key account (revenue growth)

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 3+ years of experience in Merchandising or Sales exposure to the retail industry; e-commerce experience is a big plus
  • Fluency in both English and Bahasa
  • Must be adept in MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Possesses superb business judgment with a desire to manage their own business
  • Must be flexible, adaptive and versatile; able to work well with different teams
  • Can lead discussions with both brands and key stakeholders
  • Highly skilled in problem/ solution analysis
  • Able to dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions, both short term and long term
