- Build strong relationships with key accounts to collaborate with them in growing their business in Lazada using the different tools and workstreams available
- Understand and familiarize operational processes to efficiently address concerns on key accounts
- Closely coordinate with other departments (operations, finance, customer service, business risk, etc.) to further assist key accounts
- Prices, plans and arranges merchandise for display
- Willing to do business trip
- Creates strategies for the handled account to sustain growth year-on-year
- Ability to take leadership in different ad-hoc projects
- Ability to sell investment packages to key account (revenue growth)
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- 3+ years of experience in Merchandising or Sales exposure to the retail industry; e-commerce experience is a big plus
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa
- Must be adept in MS Office Programs, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Possesses superb business judgment with a desire to manage their own business
- Must be flexible, adaptive and versatile; able to work well with different teams
- Can lead discussions with both brands and key stakeholders
- Highly skilled in problem/ solution analysis
- Able to dissect and determine root causes of problems and implement solutions, both short term and long term
