This fully remote position requires commitment during US working hours (45+ hours/week).

Role Summary

As the Director of Business Operations, you will lead our growth initiatives by strategically connecting and enhancing our lead generation, customer success, and sales teams. This role is designed for a seasoned leader who excels at driving rapid expansion in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation Oversight: Strategically expand and optimize our lead generation system to align with and exceed broader business objectives.
  • Customer Success Management: Scale the customer success operations to ensure exceptional management of inbound leads, enhance customer retention, and drive significant revenue growth through effective client communications.
  • Sales Leadership: Elevate the sales team’s capabilities to engage more deeply with clients, innovate sales strategies, and surpass revenue targets, making a direct impact on business growth.
  • Operational Excellence: Continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to boost operational efficiency and scalability, supporting the firm’s rapid expansion.
  • Team Management and Development: Foster a high-performance team culture; strategically build and mentor the team to meet the escalating needs of our expanding business.
  • Strategic Growth Reporting: Create and analyze detailed performance reports to identify growth opportunities and make data-driven decisions that align with and propel the company’s aggressive growth plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, Marketing, MBA, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a senior operations management role within digital marketing or e-commerce, with a proven track record of scaling operations.
  • Exceptional capability to manage, integrate, and scale diverse business operations.
  • Advanced organizational, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Google apps, project management software, and CRM and marketing automation tools.
