  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Thai Wah Public Company is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee operations at our starch and food ingredient manufacturing facility in South Sumatera. This role is critical in supporting operational efficiency and collaboration across departments to achieve company goals. We are looking for a motivated, business-savvy professional who is eager for challenging growth opportunities within our operations team.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Oversee production planning, raw material planning, and quality assurance within the factory.
  • Collaborate closely with sourcing, supply chain, and quality teams to ensure quality and productivity feedback is addressed effectively.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures to promote consistency and enhance overall productivity.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technical engineering, food safety, or quality control is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in starch production or the food ingredient industry.
  • Experience and understanding of FSQA (Food Safety & Quality Assurance) in food and ingredient production.
  • Integrity and a strong passion for operational processes are essential.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
