A leading retail company with regional presence in Southeast Asia is looking for Head of Marketing to lead the marketing team on retail marketing campaigns (strategy, creation, execution, performance optimization and measurement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Defines and communicates processes for improving business planning, cross-functional communication, work integration, and teamwork between partners from cross-functional departments. Manages relationship with internal and external groups to develop overall marketing strategies and processes for completing work.
- Develops and documents marketing strategies with other business units, field teams and departments to meet business objectives. Presents marketing strategies, execution details and performance results to leadership and other departments.
- Develops field integration programs for promotional marketing and product management in each brand. Provides tools to field and solicits input on marketing program, product strategy and execution.
- Ensures compliance to visual presentation standards. Trains field-based team on field presentation tools. Identifies field needs for marketing, planning and programming, space planning, visual presentation guardrails and changes to marketing and merchandise mix. Communicates local product requests, gaining alignment with category management and creative design on each product.
- Participates as a team member or project lead on special program needs related to zone or regional marketing and product management, supporting the efforts of the other Marketing areas and Category Management Initiatives.
- Min. Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university
- Min. 10 years leading and organizing cross-functional groups, retail marketing planning and management, Strategic planning and execution
- Strong Relationship management with external agencies, vendors or business partners
- Experience in space planning, visual merchandising and fixture development
- Strong leadership skill, staff organization and management.
