Job Overview:
As Hospitality Specialist you will be responsible for providing training and support to our restaurant teams, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our clients. This individual will work closely with restaurant managers and staff to identify areas for improvement, design and deliver training programs, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement training programs for restaurant teams, including front of house staff, kitchen staff, and management
• Conduct training sessions in both English and Indonesian, ensuring that all staff members understand the content and are able to apply it in their work
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure maximum impact
• Collaborate with restaurant managers to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and support to improve performance
• Develop training materials, including manuals, handouts, and visual aids, to support training initiatives
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into training programs as appropriate
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of service in our restaurants, providing feedback to managers and staff as needed
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality, English, Business Administration, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years of experience in restaurant training, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Indonesian, including the ability to deliver engaging training sessions to staff members with varying levels of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with staff members and managers
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front of house and kitchen procedures, as well as health and safety regulations
• Availability to travel to our various restaurant locations.
