Functional Consultant [Technology]

You can expect to:

• Solve Business Problems: conduct research, analysis, assessments, and requirements gathering to identify areas of improvement, develop innovative solutions etc.
• Contribute to Client's Business Transformation: collaborate with client and project/technical teams to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables such as documenting functional requirements, solution design, implementation, preparing materials, and running training/workshops for client teams for solutions/technologies implemented; manage project risks and priorities and other project activities etc.
• Develop Stakeholder Engagement: with both internal and external stakeholders; design and facilitate training/workshops; craft and deliver change management plans for clients for solutions/technologies implemented; ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
• Contribute to Building LC: initiatives that align with our growth ambitions, identifying opportunities, and being an advocate for business excellence

• Are comfortable operating as a technology consultant– you might have specialist experience in one or more areas of consulting, but we’re looking for consultants who can flex their skills across project and program management, change management, and technology consulting
• Have strong consulting fundamentals – you should know how to run an engaging and outcome-focused meeting, give and receive feedback, collect and use data to inform your decisions, pull together a compelling PowerPoint deck when it’s needed, communicate with and manage stakeholders appropriately, and manage one or multiple consulting engagements
• Are ambitious and excited about joining a different kind of consulting business – as a fast-growing business we’re looking for people who are excited by the prospect of trying new things and are eager to experiment

Additional Notes:

• The candidate must have some form of exposure to technology in their work experience
• If they have come client-success experience that’ll be helpful
• OR experience with Low Code applications and systems and want to focus on this area
