Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within Life Insurance or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of Life insurance products, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
