Responsibilities

  • Work on the delivery of internal engagement for a variety of projects focusing in Culture, Diversity & Inclusion Capability Building, Wellbeing, and Management Trainee program
  • Innovate and employ digital marketing techniques to improve effectiveness and exposure of communication campaigns to increase employee interaction and participation in internal programs
  • Collaborate directly with related team and vendor to help plan and strategize initiatives, events and company programs
  • Database management
  • Draft, gain approval and publish employee announcements and HR communications
  • Create presentation decks as needed

Requirements

  • Wiling to WFO (3x a week) and WFH (2x a week) in Setiabudi, South Jakarta
  • Committed to join 6 months internship
  • People Oriented person who love to socialize with others
  • Student or fresh graduate from university (preferable from Digital Marketing or Psychology)
  • Possess excellent written communication skills and can write engaging copy combining creativity and flair with business objectives
  • Advance in Microsoft Excel
  • Have experience in Social Media management
  • Have the ability to work quickly with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Must be organized with strong attention to detail
