This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant Production Manager at Eatwell Culinary. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations in the kitchen, managing production schedules, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring quality control. The Assistant Production Manager will work closely with the culinary team to maintain standards and drive excellence in food production.
- Experience in kitchen management, food production, and quality control
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with a passion for culinary excellence
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
- Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or a related field
