Monroe Consulting Indonesia is partnering with a rapidly growing fashion retail company to find a dynamic and experienced Head of Business Strategy & Product Development position.
This exciting role will offer you the opportunity to drive retail strategies and product development across multiple sales channels, including offline stores, online platforms, and marketplaces
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all retail channels to ensure they perform well and align with the company’s goals.
- Manage product distribution across channels, set competitive pricing, and ensure optimal stock levels to maximize profits.
- Handle budget planning, product buying events, and inventory management to meet sales targets and customer demand.
- Ensure each store remains profitable and adjust strategies as needed to boost sales and margins.
- Develop strategies for retail network expansion, including opening new stores and identifying the best locations.
- Lead the creation of new products, ensuring they align with market trends and customer needs. Collaborate with design and product teams to launch collections on time.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns across all sales channels to drive customer interest and sales.
- Build relationships with brands, influencers, and partners to enhance brand visibility and expand market reach.
Requirements
- > 7+ years of experience in Retail Manager (Fashion).
- Solid understanding of retail operations and merchandising practices.
- A strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, from strategy development to execution.
- Proven ability to drive sales and profitability through effective retail strategies.
