Mandala Consulting seeks a motivated recent graduate or early-career professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant. What you will do:
At Mandala Consulting, you will begin as a generalist and immediately dive into challenging projects, collaborating closely with our consultants. Our goal is to fast-track your growth as a leader, empowering you to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the world.
You will work in a team of 2 to 4 consultants to develop solutions for specific client issues. This will involve collecting data, analyzing information, and testing hypotheses. You will also gain insights from industry experts, policymakers, and other stakeholders.

Qualification:
- Learner
- The ideal candidates should have either a Bachelor's or a Master's degree in public policy, public administration, business management, finance, economics, political science, & STEM.
- The ideal candidate has 0 to 2 years working experience in the field of business analyst, researcher, equity analyst, operations, management consulting, business intelligence, data science analyst, economist, or growth analyst.
- Excellent in English - A strong command of the English language, both in writing and verbally
- Collaborative - Ability to work collaboratively in a team
- Problem diagnosis - The ability to identify and analyze problems
- Inquisitive - A deep curiosity and desire for knowledge
- Probing skill - The ability to ask pertinent questions to gather information and gain insights
