The Logistics ID team is a fast-growing team responsible for scaling up the Logistics vertical business in Grab Indonesia. We identify and meet the needs of customers, driver partners and partners within the Logistic landscape. We are made up of go-getters who create strategies and bring them to live by working collaboratively across multiple partners. Get to Know the Role

We are looking for a Business Excellence Assistant Manager, Logistics to become a central point of the team to create strategies and bring them into live. We are looking for someone with structured thought process and experiences in large-scale growth projects especially in the Logistics sector, but if you believe you have what it takes then we'd love to hear from you either way. This role is required because the team needs to create guidance and monitor projects undertaken by multiple stakeholders to meet its goals. In return, you will learn an array of functional competencies, which would allow you to assess our performance holistically. You will be reporting to the Business Excellence Manager and be based onsite in our Head Office in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Work within Logistics Business Excellence Team to create budget preparation guidance for the team by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to identify main levers.
  • Monitor P&L performance against budget, providing analysis and commentary on trends
  • Monitor market trends and provide first layer of analysis on the market dynamics
  • Gather and translate raw sets of data into insights and plans
  • Gather industry and competitive insights to support demand-led and supply-led projects.
  • Analyze main trends in customer, driver, and partner satisfaction scores, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in business scale-up programs, working with multiple stakeholders to turn strategy into applicable items.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Bachelor's Degree from business management, statistics or any related field
  • Proficiency to communicate in English
  • 4 years of experience in business analyst/ business excellence or in management consulting/ strategic planning
  • Industry insights in on-demand or 3PL logistics, would be advantageous
  • Foundation in data query/manipulation using SQL.
  • Preferably have the experience of using R, Python or other tools for statistical analysis
  • Project and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in data analysis and simulation
