Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Familiar with updated trend and social media & ecommerce platform.
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the ecommerce or retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to develop impactful KOL campaigns.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Experience working with influencer management platforms is a plus.
- Must be able to speak English Fluently
- Willing to be placed in the Cikarang Pusat
Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with key influencers relevant to our target audience.
- Develop and execute innovative KOL marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and promotional materials for KOL partnerships.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging KOL opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between the company and KOLs, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives and expectations.
- Continuously build and nurture relationships with existing KOLs while actively seeking new partnership opportunities.
