  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities
  • Responsible for monitoring contacts
  • Responsible for preparing and providing feedback to agents
  • Data analysis and making designated reports/decks
  • Participating in internal & external calibrations
  • Communication to heighten awareness and focus on the importance of a positive customer experience
  • Making recommendations and driving improvement Ensuring that internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are being followed
  • Reduce the learning curve and help enhance product/process knowledge of new joiners
  • Ensuring that internal policies, procedures, and compliance regulations are being followed
  • Collaborating in efforts to improve QA practices

Requirements:

  • Min. diploma/bachelor’s degree graduates, preferably from communication.
  • Experienced at least 1-year experience in QA for Content Moderation
  • Good knowledge of Content Moderation application
  • Have good analytical and logical skills.
  • Being proactive and have a high sense of persuasive manner.
  • Good communication skill in English B2 (both spoken & written)
