NusaTuna is seeking a detailed-oriented Data Entry Associate to support our GHG Inventory and Carbon Accounting initiatives. The successful candidate will assist in collecting, verifying, and entering data essential for tracking our carbon footprint and managing the GHG inventory. This role involves collaborating with multiple departments and third-party providers to ensure data credibility and accountability, contributing to our goal of transparent and reliable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry and Updates: Accurately enter and update GHG/Carbon data in the company’s systems or third-party dashboard, supporting real-time emissions tracking and carbon footprint calculation.
- Data Sorting and Cleaning: Organize and clean data for GHG Inventory and Carbon Accounting, ensuring it is complete, consistent, and formatted correctly.
- Data Verification: Review data accuracy to support reliable carbon footprint reporting and inventory tracking.
- Data Processing: Assist with data processing to ensure all relevant information is captured for GHG inventory assessments and emissions calculations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the accounting, sustainable, operation, and other departments to collect, verify, and maintain GHG/Carbon inventory data at headquarters and plant locations
- Coordination with Teams: Coordinate with teams at headquarters and plants to ensure accurate record-keeping, data collection, and data quality for GHG/Carbon reporting.
- Document Management: Coordinate with the team to maintain both physical and digital records of GHG/Carbon inventory data, ensuring documentation is regularly updated and accessible for analysis, reporting and auditing purposes.
- Compliance and Accuracy: Ensure data entry complies with company policies, regulatory standards, and GHG Inventory and Carbon Accounting protocols.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Business Development Manager on other tasks related to GHG Inventory and Carbon Accounting, including data checks, follow-ups, and coordination.
Requirements
- Education: Second-year college student majoring in Accounting, or a related field.
- Language: Able to communicate in English (written and spoken).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with similar programs or software, accounting software, or databases is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and reliability in inventory data.
- Time Management: Able to meet deadlines and manage tasks efficiently.
- Teamwork: Collaborative skills for effective cross-departmental work.
- Passion: Interested in and enthusiastic about current trends related to environmental issues, sustainability, climate change, and similar topics.
