You will be communicating with healthcare professionals and patients so that they can use our health-tech software platform effectively. This position will require a background in and domain knowledge of healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding of new patients and clients into our health-tech software platform
- Communicate with patients and clients on patient data
- Handle patient and client feedback in relation to our health-tech software platform
- Ensure that patients and clients have a positive experience with MeshBio
- Document and verify patient and client feedback/requirements
- Assist patients and clients in effectively using and customizing our health-tech software platform to meet their needs
- Other tasks and responsibilities related to the development and implementation of our health-tech software platform.
- Maintain internal SOPs and customer manuals
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Life Science, Nursing, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Biomedical Engineering or related fields.
- 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in the healthcare sector
- You need to be technically savvy to be able to excel in this role
- Excellent English skills as this is an international company.
