Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interviews with hiring managers.
- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive team environment.

Requirements:
- Final-year student with no remaining classes or fresh graduate in Psychology, HR, Management, and other related field.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable working as part of a team.
- Interest in HR, with a keen desire to learn about talent acquisition and employer branding.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for daily tasks, data entry, and reporting.
