Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Business Development Specialist in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Specialist will be responsible for real estate development, sales, customer service, and managing real property within the SCBD area.

Qualifications
  • Real Estate Development, Sales, and Real Property skills
  • Customer Service experience in the real estate industry
  • Strong understanding of real estate processes and market trends
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of property laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field
