  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Application Support professional located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves providing application support, technical support, and business process assistance to ensure the efficient functioning of computing systems, communication technologies, and services provided by BHp. Daily tasks include resolving user issues, troubleshooting application problems, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize system performance.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills and Technical Support experience
  • Strong background in Information Technology
  • Experience in Application Support and Business Process improvement
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Having previously maintained applications (coding) using the .NET Core and Java programming languages.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Certifications in relevant IT disciplines are a plus
