Corporate Affairs Associate (12-month contract)

We are looking for a highly dynamic Corporate Affairs Associate to play a key supporting role in shaping our government and external engagements. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact, work with critical stakeholders, and drive our company’s success from the ground up.

Your day-to-day with us:

• Managing permit documents and submissions to ensure compliance with local regulations
• Leading engagement with regional government bodies, particularly in the West Java area
• Organizing and preparing reports for government submissions
• Preparing correspondence and coordinating meetings with government officials
• Supporting the Corporate Affairs Division in external engagement activities, including interactions with associations, media, and government stakeholders

What you'll need to succeed:

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Political Science, or a related field
• Approximately 3 years of experience in corporate affairs, government relations, or a related role, preferably within the FMCG sector
• Strong understanding of government processes and experience working with regional government bodies, especially in West Java
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment
• Open to a 12-month contractual employment
