Key Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their hiring needs, and translating into job requirements and objectives (be part of Revenue Team)
- Become an effective talent partner by understanding the technical depth of each industry
- Conduct interview and assess prospective candidates and matching them with vacancies at client companies
- Make a report to stakeholders about candidate pipeline progress and recruitment strategy effectiveness
- Managed client's needs and expectations
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Psychology or any related fields
- Minimum 1+ years proven experience as recruitment consultant, recruiter or similar position
- Focus on delivering result, self-driven and operate in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal & communication skill
- Well-organized and able to work with targets
- Intensive experience in recruiting Tech roles is an advantage
- Able to work fully on-site & willing to be placed in Tebet-South Jakarta.
