We are looking for a Product Implementation who will be responsible for communication and interfacing directly with customers to understand their needs, manage the implementation of developed technology products for end-users, follow procedures to set up the product, and also train them on how to operate it. They are responsible for independently handling customer implementations and accurately configuring the product and also responsible for providing customer feedback to refine the vision and strategy.
Job Description:
- Responsible for servicing the product after purchase
- Visit customers and perform a walk-thru of the facility, and gather the information that will aid in a successful implementation
- Guide the product team from the company to perform the implementation at the customer’s facility
- Render onsite training to the customer during implementation
- Provide after implementation call to the customer’s facility to review the project and identify any gaps that may exist
- Serve as a backup resource to the sales team for online/Onsite demonstrations of the product
- Perform product training for the sales team
- Respond to customer-submitted support requests as needed
- Partake in product development meetings to comprehend new functionalities and provide reports on customer feedback
- Travel to customer facilities as necessary for implementations.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree in any relevant field (preferably bachelor's in communication, technology, and engineering)
- Have experience of at least 2 years in product implementation, management consulting, enterprise product management, marketing, or sales.
- Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to internal and external clients.
- Should be good at problem-solving skills, logical & analytical thinking
- Have good organizational skills especially in prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
