- Minimum of 5+ years of full-time work experience in the food-chain-related industry, including at least two years of work in quality assurance or food safety functions within food production or manufacturing, retailing, inspection or enforcement, or the equivalent.
- Degree (or equivalent qualification) in a relevant subject (including studies in general microbiology, general chemistry, and food science).
- Have GFSI recognised schemes auditor certification (FSSC 22000, BRCGS) and ISO 22000 auditor qualification.
- Have substantial experience in third party auditing/assessment to FSSC22000, ISO 22000, BRCGS, HACCP and ISO9001 including system level auditing and process level auditing. Qualification to FSSC packaging /BRCGS packaging is an added advantage.
- Have experience with a wide range of food products including but not limited to beverages, Dairy, confectionary, dry and wet pet food, catering, food packaging and other food products.
