Qualifications:

  • Minimal Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Marketing, Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or any relevant major from reputable university.
  • More than 5 years in multinational automotive industry and commercial vehicle field, especially in: Corporate strategy & performance management, and Sales operations & financing.
  • Deep experience in Project Management is a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to manage day-today relationships and proactively engage with internal and external stakeholders. Willing to work with people from diverse background and various level of seniority.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop storylines for presentations and the executive presence to present to high-level management. Have a good business acumen.
  • Solid analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable to manage various task with clarity of accountability and speed with high level of attention to details.
  • Fluent in English, written and oral.
  • Adept in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, Power Point

Objective:

  • Providing the retail financing support for Mercedes-Benz Commercial Vehicle sales in Indonesia by setting up suitable financing strategy based on customer and dealer needs, in cooperation with suitable financing company(s) partner.
  • Coordinate company strategy development, alignment, implementation monitoring & follow-up cycle, both short and mid-long term strategy, including communication and deployment of company’s strategy to operation/department level in order to secure company’s goal and objectives.

Job Description:

Overseeing the preferred retail financing program

  • Maintain good relation and cooperation with preferred financing partners
  • Bridging dealers/customer needs and financing partners appetite toward particular campaigns/events
  • Check and assist on preferred partners financing claim.

Cooperate with Regional Headquarter and Daimler Truck Financial Service Asia to establish captive financing (and any other intermediary measures) in Indonesia

  • Conduct the feasibility study for market penetration.
  • Define an appropriate financing model and its products to be implemented aligning with DCVI customer needs while securing compliance to Financial Regulatory law and any other applicable policies.
  • Ensure smooth start of financing operation and periodically monitor & evaluate the financing performance vs. planned target.

Assist DCVI President Director for strategy development, alignment, implementation monitoring & follow up, including:

  • Strategic business report presentation to Daimler Truck headquarters and regional office. (MPB, Annual Report, End Year Report, VIP Guest Business Update)

Project Management

  • Lead and manage strategic projects for business development of Daimler Trucks and Buses, working together with various functions within Daimler Truck and external stakeholders.
