Get to know the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to help us build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and increase revenue. This role focuses on establishing and nurturing business connections with both top merchants to foster growth in Grab Food.

We are looking for individuals who excel in an independent, fast-paced environment and are passionate about getting results. The Critical Task you will Perform

  • You will report to the Regional Manager.
  • Connect with our diverse merchants to understand their needs and gather feedback.
  • Collaborate with our team to create impactful campaigns that benefit both customers and partners.
  • Use data to assess ROI and improve partner growth, focusing on increasing sales and customer loyalty.
  • Work with the Strategy & Planning, Growth, Marketing, and Operations teams to enhance the merchant experience and explore partnerships with OVO, GrabExpress, and Grab For Business.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills you will Need

  • At least include 3 years in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, financial services, or the tech/start-up industry.
  • Manage partners and increase revenue through successful collaborations.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Effective communication skills in English, with experience in managing people and partners, and experience with on-demand and food delivery.
