Job Descriptions
The Sales Admin mission is primarily to take care of all Sales Department reporting and also to make sure all sales tools are available and ready to use. To compile all databases shared by all Sales Executive, Managers and Director of Sales. The Sales Admin performs his/her duties within the framework defined by the chain and hotel norms and by internal regulations as specified by the Director of Sales through the Sales Manager.
Responsibilities
- Assist in compiling all database by sales person by daily
- Keeps a record on former, existing and potential clients and a profile of each of them
- Organizes sales kits and sales tools for sales person to bring to daily sales calls and sales trip
- Assisting Director of Sales of to prepare all meeting data
- To takes care sales minutes meeting
- To distribute signed BEO, Group Resume to department related based on email and hardcopy
- To chase sales in charge for contract rate distribution signatures
- To assist on checking room and meeting room availability, to book venues and rooms based on Tentative/Definite
- Compile all daily sales calls
- Compile Sales Productivity by weekly and monthly basis
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
- Min 1 year of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Familiar with sales processes and procedures.
