Job Description:
- To standardize logistics processes and maintain good distribution & storage practice and certifications (5S, GSDP, ISP and QMS).
- To analyze and improve branch logistics operations in the following areas: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, checking, packing, dispatch, delivery, returns, inventory accuracy, OTIF, and competency of logistics staff.
- To lead or participate in projects such as: increasing storage capacity, productivity improvement, operations excellence, branch and transport network optimization, innovation, cost-reduction, system upgrade and IT applications.
- Analyze, propose, and implement improvements in branch logistics operations & in the following areas: receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, checking, packing, dispatch, delivery, returns, inventory accuracy
- Monitor and support the branch to reach OTD,OTIF, and KPI targets. Prepare KPI and other relevant reports.
- To lead or participate in various logistics projects such as: increasing storage capacity, productivity improvement, operations excellence, branch and transport network optimization, innovation, cost-reduction, system upgrade and IT applications
- Analyze logistics operations and propose improvement projects that will increase productivity, improve capacity, or reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations or Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Systems, or Statistics
- Minimum 3 years as an analyst in a professional setting, preferably in distribution
- Able to manage multiple projects
- Extensive knowledge of logistics processes and branch operations
- Good coordination with various stakeholders internal and external, and cross-functional teams
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills in order to carry out their daily functions effectively
- Fluent in English
